Error in all Forum attachemnts

hello all Folks i hope that i post in right place


i have error in download all attachments in Forum



it Give Recieving Data but not Download File

when i try to download from my phone it Give Error_Content_Mismatch
how can i solve this issue

i solve issue it was in config File
but i have small issue where  all avatar not work
and show this


can you help me fix this issue
and last question  can i upgrade to ML  Version
