Changing {lang agree_with} to {lang agree} is the correct fix for this problem rather than introducing a new line in the lang_template.php

The official version has {lang agree} instead of {lang agree_with}

官方的新模板也是用的agree。你加了一个agree_with，对老旧模板做了兼容

There are TWO places in the registering page where this keyword is used:
1) Choose "Agree" or "Disagree" when looking the Terms of service.
2) Checkbox in the sentention "{I agree with the } Terms of service".

If you use only the standard key {lang agree}, then you will get the next:
"Agree Terms of services" in the second case.
I think "I agree with the Terms of services" looks better
