Enlarge the Notice left menu width please

Hey Vot,

Can you please enlarge the left menu width for the Notice section as shown below,



Also, I want to rename "notice" to "notices" but I am not able to find the exact file in the en language folder. Can you please let me know which file needs to be edited.

About the left column width.
Try this hack:
Find in template/default/common/common.css

1. /*vot*/                .ct2_a .mn { float: right; width: 800px; }
   
2. /*vot*/                        .ct2_a .mn { display: inline; /*margin-right: 10px;*/ padding-top: 10px; width: 800px; }

Change to:

Find this:
