Rename ZH to SC?

ZH means "Chinese".
SC means "Simplified Chinese".

For now the Simplified Chinese Pack have "zh" identifier and placed in the "zh" directory.

What do you think about renaming "zh" to "sc"?

For now Traditional Chinese => "tc"
That Simplified Chinese => "sc"
This will be more intuitive.

I appeal to change simplified Chinese to "Hans", traditional Chinese to "Hant"

This charset name is new.
