As the title says I need to know if I can help
change the dimensions of the avatar as seen in The thread, and space,

For now the avatar size is defined by uc_server::camera.swf,
and set by default to:
bigavatar = 200x200
middleavatar = 120x120
smallavatar = 48x48

If you want to change this parameters,
you have to decompile/modify/recompile the camera.swf flash.

I think you may have to abandon the idea. For avatar is saved in UCenter and UCenter may not accept avatar of other size.
