One more report--Article editor border is disappeared

Another thing is weird.
At I publish  Articles, article editor's right border is disappered.

Please view a red arrow.

Maybe this is a small issue.
About Publish article editor problem.

Below is a screenshot of original (not multilingual)  discuzx 2.0.

Right border of editor window is disappeared.
screen is overflow.

Ok, the problem is clean.
It is some editor styles are incorrect...

I do not see this problem here while using FireFox.
May be, the topic starter has changed his styles?
Or he uses other browser.

Do you know that all the browsers parse and arrange the code as their left heel  wish?

I am a korean.
But my  site (http://kaplog.org) is purely installed by mulilingual 349 version.
I am not any modifying except adding main article menu and two forum submenu.
And Korean language is not installed.

I have a same error at  ie8 , safari (5.1.3) , firefox (8.0.1), chrome (17.0.963) browser.

P.S>
Below code is "template/default/portal/portalcp_article.htm" line 213.

If I modify 808 to 798, Then  above error is corrected.

But I am not sure  that this method is correct method.

And 808px is same code to original discuzx2.0 code, but  that error is not appeared at original discuzx2.0.

This error is appeared only in article publish editor, not in this forum editor.
Above error is absent at this site's and my site's forum writting editor (this window).

I cannot test above error at this site.
Because  this site have not Article menu and also I don't have a aritcle publishg permission at this site.

Article menu is created by admin menu--portal.
I created article category.




and I return home , and publish article at main menu.



and you will view the article editor  screen.The right border is absent at that editor window.
