How to add a new menu item

see screenshot, How to add this item, when clicked then open a new window to go to the other website?

1) Go to:
AdminCP -> Styles -> Navigation -> Header navigation

2) Then click to the orange link "[+] Add menu item"  at the page bottom.

3) Enter new order, title, id, url

4) Submit the form



5) Edit your lang_setting.php files for every language.
Add a translation llne:
'nav_XXX' => 'XXX_Translated', // XXX - is the value of new item "ID" field

6) Clean cache in AdminCP.
