There is a strange square that surround " : ", in arabic text . Please see the screenshot.

If I change the " : " with a letter or a number the square disaprear. when i replaced it, for instance, with a point " . " or " ( " , the square remains!!!

This happens only in Chrome.

What is this!!!

I'm using CoolNovo (a Chinese browser built on chromium), I had this problem in this browser when it was based on Chromium16.0.912.75 and still now with Chromium17.0.963.56.
I downloaded Dragon Comodo (built on chromium 17.0.963.56) > the same problem.
I downloaded Google Chrome 17.0.963.56 > The same problem
I downloaded Google Chrome 18.0.1025.39 Beta > NO PROBLEM!!
I downloaded Google Chrome Google Chrome 19.0.1049.3 Dev > NO PROBLEM!!

Is it a chromium problem!? But I never noticed such a problem in any website!

Really?  It's the first time for me. Maybe it's a chromium bug. in version 18 and 19 this prob doesn't exist.
It doesn't occur in Opera, Maxthon, IE, Safari (tested).
