Where to find out the default attachment file type and size

I went through the ACP could not find the default attachment file type and size, where to find this info?

AdminCP -> Global -> Attachment size

You can set enabled attachment types for every user group.
Go to EDIT one of the groups:

Then set a list of enabled attachment types:

Account		Remember me	Forgot password?
Password			Register
