hi,

in some lang files there is the php close tag "?>", some file is not. why?
and it is not the same in EN vs SC.

There is a recommendation from PHP guru:
"DO NOT USE the php close tag at the end of PHP file."

I am trying to follow this recommendation,
but sometimes I forget to do this

Special note about SC language pack:
I prefer to NOT modify all the SC pack files, if it is possible of course.
SC files are used as an etalon when comparing with other languages.
