IE7 RTL nav menu links issue

Hello,
There is an issue with the navigation menu when using IE7: all nav links are hidden! Please see screenshot.
This occurs only for arabic language! This prob exist also in X2 version!

Fixed and here is the patch. Tested with IE5.5, IE6, IE7 & IE8
