I think it is not a server problem,
but there is a bug in ML version...

give me a possibility to reinstall x!ML at your current host.
just remove the data/*.lock

I removed ,  still shows internal error...........

I tried to reinstall.
Seeing the same error...

Do you have a time for experiments?
I can try to debug the code...

MBSTRING php extension is not installed.
Ask to install it!

ToDo for me:
It is a good reason to add the mbstring verification at install...

Try delete .htaccess if there

The problem fixed after mbstring installed.
