Сильно хочется переименовать названия полей в профиле пользователя

Для этого, как я понимаю, нужно лезть с базу. Если не сложно, подскажите, пожалуйста, как это можно сделать.

Open the table "pre_common_member_profile_setting" with MyPhpAdmin.
The fields used here:

fieldid - the profile field id (DO NOT EDIT THIS!!!)
title - the profile field title (edit as you wish)
description - the profile field description (edit as you wish)
