Invalid word sequence in the editor options

Kim Sung from cnvkr.com reported a bug with Korean language only:

It is about this three options:

+ Disable Parse URL

+ Disable Smiles

+ Disable BB-Code

Original code:

/template/default/forum/post_editor_option.htm:line14:
{lang disable}{lang post_parseurl}

For English this code show "Disable' + 'Parse URL'
This works ok for most of languages, but it is wrong for Korean!

For Korean it must be backward!
{lang post_parseurl}{lang disable}
i.e. '링크식별' + '금지'
