Use a modern tool for download: TortoiseSVN,
or any other SVN client.

vot still has not released 2.5 so you do not see anything on http://code.google.com/p/discuzx25/downloads/list in the repository is a 2.5 in English and Spanish, but those files are the 2.5 test cam
